Mr. Milos Stanisavljevic is the managing director of Planet Health LTD and its subsidiary Planet Physio.
Milos started his love affair with sports as a professional handball player and concurrently graduated from Belgrade University in 1994 as a B.Sc(Hon.) physiotherapist. Following this, Milos gained crucial experience working in Belgrade both within the governmental and private sector with a strong emphasis on musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
In the summer of the year 2000, Milos moved to Malta after being invited by Sliema Wanderers F.C. to set up their physiotherapy structure. In 2002, he was asked by Saint James Hospital Sliema to set up the first specialized sports physiotherapy centre – the Sports, Exercise and Rehabilitation center (S.E.R.C.) In 2003 S.E.R.C. was awarded an exclusive contract with Maltese Olympic Committee to cater for all musculoskeletal issues of their elite athletes and to provide physiotherapy services for TEAM MALTA during GSSE, Mediterranean, Commonwealth and Olympic Games.
In 2012, after 10 years of continuous growth and expansion, S.E.R.C. was integrated into the newly formed Planet Physio, and this has developed into the largest provider in the private sector of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services in the Maltese isles and has even expanded overseas into Libya and soon to Serbia as well.
